Initial Comments:An offsite follow up survey completed November 3, 2022, found that Bethany Hospice of Western Pennsylvania, corrected the deficiencies cited under 42CRF, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a State relicensure and Medicare recertification survey completed September 16, 2022.
